How can I be of service?

Explore hope to embrace a growth mindset. By embracing a growth mindset, you can learn how to work through anxiety and stress by understanding your why. Existential questioning, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness self-compassion, and Strength-based CBT are used to understand some root causes and build capacity to have more resiliency.   These are a variety of techniques Shannon has to offer.  

Shannon has experience working with youth and adults in various professional settings.  She will utilize her counselling skills, field psychology, and life coaching tools.  

Shannon has various skills to support you in your journey towards a more joy-filled life.

Need help to achieve your goals in life? Or want someone to talk things through with?
Counselling sessions or Coaching sessions are both available now. 
Each session is $90/50 min.
An array of communication skills are able to be provided. 
Coaching services that give you the tools for success or talk therapy to be able to work through challenges.  Your mode of support is up to you.
In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, workshops and seminars are available for people who are interested.

In-person sessions or video conference sessions are available.

In energy field work sessions, you bring any intention and through a combination of muscle testing or applied kinesiology, asking helpful questions, and field psychology, you can identify and clear different blocks and programs in your way of achieving your goals. 
These sessions are cognitive, with the purpose being to gently and safely bring the subconscious or unconscious to the conscious. By rewriting these programs  you can manifest more easily what you want in your life.

Get to Know Me

What is my WHY?

Embracing my gifts and talents and valuing them is the best way I know how to be of service.

Helping people discover and uncover their true self and learn how to become more positive and enthusiastic about life by understanding their value and worth is my life mission.

There are many pathways for me to help you. I have experience as a sports and life coach, teacher, mother, wife, daughter, facilitator, and educator.

By working with my own experiences of anxiety and depression, I have first hand knowledge of what living life unauthentically is like. I understand what feeling trapped on the treadmill of life is like. I know what it is like to not be loving and kind to myself and others. It has only been through understanding my value and being able to advocate for myself that I have learned how to navigate this journey on earth. Coming back to gratitude, purpose, and allowing myself to truly be me; helped me to love life again. Loving myself for who I am allows me to be the best example I can be for my children, my family, my community, and humanity.
