Service Description

​Mental skills sessions focus on developing the mindset, tools, and self-awareness needed to perform well, manage pressure, and navigate challenges both in sport and in everyday life. Sessions are tailored to the individual. They may include goal setting, emotional regulation, confidence building, focus and attention strategies, visualization, self-talk, and values-based decision making. Plans are available.
